At Kamivox, all products are custom-made-to-order. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for quality and manufacturing issues.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a
free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

What is covered (within 30 days of delivery):

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Manufacturing or printing errors
  • Receiving the wrong item, size, or design due to our mistake

How to request: Email support@kamivox.com
with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue. We will review within 24–48 hours.

2. Custom-Made Products

Because all items are made-to-order and personalized according to your specifications,
we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size chosen by customer, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review the Size Chart and product details carefully before ordering.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends)
after placing it, provided production has not started. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Lost or Severely Delayed Orders

If there are no tracking updates for 30 days (USA) or 45 days (International),
we will offer a full refund or free replacement.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method
within 3–7 business days.
