Your payment is charged immediately when you place your order.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will enter the production queue.

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.
Please keep this email for your records.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days for card payments / Instant–48 hours for PayPal.
  • Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or chargeback abuse.

6. Currency and Taxes

Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or customs duties will be calculated at checkout where required.
