All Kamivox products are custom made-to-order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners in Vietnam, China, and Mexico.
A. Handling Time (Production)
- 5–7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
- Multi-item orders may ship separately from different facilities.
B. Shipping Rates
- USA:
FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 USD
Regular rate: $7.95 flat rate for orders under $100. - International: $9.95 flat rate
- Additional fees may apply for remote areas, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO or certain international destinations.

D. Tracking & Carriers
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, YunExpress, Yanwen and local services.
E. Important Notes
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- For international orders, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses may take additional time.
