1. Are your products made-to-order?
Yes. All Kamivox products are custom-made-to-order specifically for you after your order is placed.
This allows us to offer unique designs and personalization.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Production time is typically 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary by location.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD within the United States.
International orders have a flat shipping rate of $9.95.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size chosen by the customer.
However, we offer free replacement or full refund for manufacturing defects or our errors.

5. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping usually takes 10–17 business days after production,
but please allow extra time for customs clearance. Additional duties or taxes may apply.
7. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours (weekdays) or 48 hours (weekends)
after placing it, provided production has not started. Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Are my payment details safe?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We never store your full credit card information.
10. Do you offer custom designs?
Currently, we offer personalization (adding names, dates, or short text) on many products.
